Departure from your hometown/country – Arrival in Delhi. Namaste and welcome to India! We will pick you up from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with traditional Indian hospitality. Relax at the hotel. Some paperwork regarding the tour. Full day at Delhi. After a leisurely breakfast, sightseeing tour of New Delhi: Qutab Minar, India Gate, President’s House, Red Fort, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. Good Night!

Day 03 (17/September-Wednesday) or (01/April-Wednesday):
Delhi-Bagdogra flight Bagdogra – Phuntsholing 170 kms. 5/6 hours apx. After breakfast, Taxi to Indira Gandhi International Airport. Catching a flight to Bagdogra. Meet & Greet on arrival at Airport and transfer to Phuntsholing (293 m) – The Gateway of Bhutan by Road from India. It is a thriving commercial center on the Northern edge of the Indian plains. On arrival check in to a good hotel. Overnight stay at Phuntsholing.

Day 04 (18/September-Thursday) or (02/April-Thursday):
Phuntsholing – Thimphu 176 kms. 6/7 hours apx. After breakfast, complete the immigration formalities and drive towards Thimphu (2350 m), the capital city of Bhutan. An adventurous drive via the wonderful mystic town called Gedu, which is about 9000ft above sea level, and Chukha Dam. On the way, stop at Chojum to click some photographs of the confluence of two important rivers of Bhutan, Thimphu Chu and Paro Chu. Reaching Thimphu in the evening. On arrival, check in to a good hotel at Thimphu for overnight stay. If time allows, visit the Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the glorious religion).

Day 05 (19/September-Friday) or (03/April-Friday):
Thimphu – Punakha Tour. Full day excursion. After breakfast, drive towards Punakha (1274 m), exploring the Great Bhutanese culture. After an hour’s drive, reach Dochu-la pass (3100m). Visit some important places like Punakha Dzong and Punakha village. Drive back to Thimphu for overnight stay.

Day 06 (20/September-Saturday) or (04/April-Saturday):
Free day at Thimphu. Full day excursion. After breakfast, visit some important religious structures like Chortens and ancient famous Dzongs. These places are: The National Memorial Chorten, The Great Buddha Dordenma (Sakyamuni Buddha), Changangkha Lakhang, Takin preserve center (Mini Zoo), The Royale Textile Museum, Ringpung Dzong. Afterwards, transfer to Paro for overnight stay.

Day 07 (21/September-Sunday) or (05/April-Sunday):
Free day at Paro. Full day excursion. After an early breakfast, head towards the famous Tiger’s Nest/Taktsang Monastery. An uphill climb with mesmerizing beauty of its own. This Monastery was built in 1692. Guru Padma Sambhava is believed to have meditated here for 3 years. Guru Padma Sambhava is known to be the founder of Buddhism religion in Bhutan. He is immensely respected and has a huge number of sacred followers in India and Bhutan. Later in the afternoon, arrive at Kyichu Lakhang, one of the oldest Buddhist temples of Bhutan. Overnight stay at Paro.

Day 08 (22/September-Monday) or (06/April-Monday):
Paro- Phuntsholing 142 kms. 4/5 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Chele-la Pass (3,988m) from which on a clear day the view sweeps away to Bhutan’s second-highest sacred peak, Mt. Jomolhari (7314m). Chele-la remains one of the least visited areas in the primeval forest. Later on, drive to Phuntsholing for overnight stay.

Day 09 (23/September-Tuesday) or (07/April-Tuesday):
Phuntsholing – Bagdogra Airport – Delhi (by flight) 2:15 min.apx. After an early breakfast, drive to Bagdogra Airport to catch the flight to New Delhi. The distance between Phuntsholing to Bagdogra Airport is about 170 kms (5/6 hours apx.). Upon arrival at New Delhi, check in to your pre-booked hotel near the airport. This is your last day in India. So relax at the hotel till your departure back to your country/onward destination. If your departure is on the next day, enjoy a farewell dinner with the group and the crew in the evening. Tour concludes here. Good night.

Fly Home. Catch the flight to your onward destination.

- In case of late booking, 50% of the entire package cost amount will be received as Deposit amount (Non-Refundable). Remaining 50% amount should be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel by cash (on the first day of your arrival). In this plan, your total package will be Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable.
- Deposit amount/Package cost can be made through WIRE TRANSFER to our bank, or by CASH that could be deposited in any of our bank accounts.

- Change of schedule/cancellation of flights at the last moment will not warrant any compensation and should be claimed through your respective insurance companies.
