Day 1-2 (03-04 July / 11-12 August)
Departure from your hometown/country and arrival in Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Namaste and welcome to India! We will pick you up from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted with traditional Indian hospitality. Relax at the hotel. Some paperwork regarding the tour. Full day at Delhi. After a leisurely breakfast, sightseeing tour of New Delhi where old buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the British rule. Visit the 11th century built Qutab Minar, India Gate and the President’s House, Red Fort and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. Good Night! Meals: On board (Flight)

Day 3 (05 July / 13 August)
Departure to Manali (2050m) from Delhi (13 hours, 520 kms approx.). Overnight journey in A.C. Volvo. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel at Manali and relax. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 4 (06 July / 14 August)
Check-up for the bikes. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel for relaxation. After breakfast, some paperwork regarding the tour. Introduction to your motorbikes (Riders with our bikes). Full briefing session with your group leader/guide about the tour and the bikes. Warm-up tour with the bikes about handling and basics of riding in India/Himalayas. Some shopping regarding the tour. Overnight stay at hotel. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 5 (07 July / 15 August)
Manali to Bhunter to Rampur Bushahr (1021m) via Jalori pass (3115m, 198 kms approx.). After breakfast, start the journey towards Rampur Bushahr via Bajaura and Aut, then a diversion towards Saraj valley through mountain road and jungle via Banjar. Lunch enroute. Reaching Jibhi then Shoja, climb up to Jalori pass (3115m) to reach Rampur via Khanag, Ani, and Luhri. Upon arrival, check-in to a good hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 6 (08 July / 16 August)
Rampur/Sarahan to Sangla (2680m) to Chitkul to Sangla (175 kms approx.). After breakfast, ride towards the next destination. Reaching Jeori, a small town, where the road diverges to Sarahan, with Shrikhand peak (5155m) to the north and lots of apple orchards on the way. Visit Bhimakali temple at Sarahan, famous for its Hindu and Buddhist architecture. Reach Sangla village (2680m). Explore the beautiful Baspa valley. Walk up to the ancient Kamru fort which is now dedicated to Kamakshi temple. Visit Chhitkul village, the last village before the China border. Back to Sangla by the same route. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/camps. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 7 (09 July / 17 August)
Sangla (2680m) to Nako (2950m, 125 kms approx.). After breakfast, ride to Nako village. Enroute visit Recong-Peo (2290m), the district headquarters of Kinnaur, then Kalpa (2960m). Checkpoint barrier at Jhangi, the inner line permit comes in force from here onwards. Overnight stay near Nako Lake (2950m). Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 8 (10 July / 18 August)
Nako to Tabo (3050m) to Dankhar to Kaza (3650m, 140 kms approx., 6/7 hours). Starting the journey after early breakfast. Reaching Tabo. Visit Tabo monastery, built in 990 AD, known as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. Drive towards Dhankar village (3890m). Visit the monastery and Queen’s palace. Proceed to Kaza (3650m). Visit Ki monastery and walk around Kibber Village (4205m). Overnight stay at Kaza/Rangrik. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 9 (11 July / 19 August)
Kaza to Chandertal Lake (4270m) to Gemur/Jispa (3142m, 232 kms approx., 7/8 hours). Start early. Breakfast and packed lunch enroute. Drive to Rangrik village, then to Losar. After crossing Kunzum pass (4551m), reach Chandertal Lake. Explore the area around the lake. Ride down to Batal (3960m) and continue to Keylong (3350m). Move further towards Jispa. On arrival at Gemur/Jispa, check-in to hotel or set up a camp near riverside. Evening free to explore the surroundings for acclimatization. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/camp. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 10 (12 July / 20 August)
Gemur/Jispa to Rumsey/Lato via Sarchu (4255m) over Tanglang-la (5360m, 240 kms approx., 9/10 hours). Start early (6 am). Drive via Darcha (3360m) and Jispa (3142m). Pass through Himmatnagar, Patseo (3811m), Zingzing bar (4150m), and Suraj tal lake (4800m). Proceed to Baralacha la (4950m). Descend to Bharatpur and continue to Sarchu plateau (4255m). Drive up to Lachulang La pass (5065m) and Pang Plateau (4790m). Climb up to Tanglang La (5360m). Reach Rumsey/Lato for overnight stay. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 11 (13 July / 21 August)
Rumsey/Lato to Leh (3505m, 70-75 kms, 3/4 hours) including Hemis Monastery. After breakfast, ride towards Leh. Visit Hemis Monastery enroute. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel at Leh. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 12 (14 July / 22 August)
Free day in Leh city for local sightseeing and shopping. Visit ancient monasteries, Shanti Stupa, Shey Palace, Thiksey Gompa, Spituk Gompa, Phyang Gompa, Leh Palace, Magnetic Hill, and Gurudwara Pathhar Sahib. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 13 (15 July / 23 August)
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung-la (5600m, 125 kms) in local bikes/taxi. Hiring local bikes/taxi as bikes from Himachal number plates are not allowed to visit Khardung-la (Nubra Valley & Pangong Lake). Reaching Khardung-la pass, the highest motorable pass in the world (5600m). Enjoy the sand dunes of Nubra. Overnight stay at hotel in Hunder. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 14 (16 July / 24 August)
Hunder to Pangong Lake (4400m, 170 kms). Early morning ride to Pangong Lake via Shyok river. Visit Durbuk village. Enjoy the sunset at the lake. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 15 (17 July / 25 August)
Pangong Lake to Leh (150 kms). Enjoy the morning sunrise at the lake. Ride to Leh via Changla pass (5425m). Reaching Leh. Short walks around the Leh Mall road for shopping. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.

Day 16 (18 July / 26 August)
Leh to Delhi (by flight, 1.40 min approx.). Transfer to Leh airport for flight to Delhi. Check-in to your pre-booked hotel near the airport. Farewell dinner in the evening.

- Airfare: Domestic flights in India in Economy class (according to the program).
- Transportation: All transportation costs in India including transfers, pickups, and sightseeing (according to the program).
- Accommodation: Double rooms/camp/houseboat on twin/triple sharing basis.
- Meals: Morning Bed Tea, Breakfast, and Dinner (buffet dinner at the hotel).
- Permits: All costs for inner-line permits regarding restricted areas.
- Staff: Costs for staff including Driver cum guide/professional guide, escort/group leader, helpers, etc.
- Support Vehicle: Support vehicle for staff (in case of big groups).
- Taxes: State tax, toll tax, etc.
- Travel Guidance: Travel guidance throughout the tour.
- International Airfare: Cost for international flights to and from India.
- Visa: Cost for a visa.
- Insurance: Any medical, travel, or evacuation insurance.
- Airport Tax: Airport tax.
- Tips: Tips to camp staff/staff/driver (entirely a personal gesture).
- Entry Fees: Entry fee to the monuments, audio guide, photography/camera fee, etc.
- Additional Expenses: Additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, weather, political disputes, illness, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
- Beverages: Alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, beverages, etc.
- Meals/Services Not Mentioned: Any meals/services not mentioned above.
- Lunches: Lunches are not included.
- Optional Services: Charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls) will be charged at the time of check-out.
1. Deposit and Payment
  - A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package cost is required.
  - The balance payment is due 2 months prior to departure.
  - Delay in payment is subject to a penalty of 100 USD per person/package.
2. Cancellation Policy
  - 50% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to departure.
  - 75% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled up to 30 days prior to departure.
  - 100% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled anytime later than 30 days prior to departure.
  - In case of late booking, 50% of the entire package cost amount will be received as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% amount should be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel by cash on the first day of arrival. In this plan, the total package will be non-refundable/non-transferable.
3. Payment Methods
  - Payments can be made through wire transfer to the bank, by cash deposited in any of the bank accounts, or by credit/debit card through the website.
  - A 5% surcharge applies to payments made through Master & Visa credit cards. Debit cards, bank transfers, and cheque payments are without any surcharges.
4. Travel Insurance
  - It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before undertaking the trip. The policy should cover loss of deposit, cancellation, additional expenses, accidents, sickness, baggage loss, and evacuation.
5. Accommodation
  - All rooms are base category rooms unless specified.
  - Check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200 Hrs at all hotels.
  - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  - In case of non-availability of hotels, similar category hotels will be provided.
  - Accommodation supplements are determined by the date the accommodation is occupied and not the departure date.
6. Liability
  - The tour organizers are not responsible for the supply or services or mishappenings regarding the booking, including any liability for mechanical faults, illness, personal injury, death, loss or damage of any kind, delay, and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service providers, travel services, or products or by other third parties unless caused by negligence.
  - Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss, or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products and should be claimed through respective insurance companies.
7. Contract
  - A contract will exist between the client and each of the suppliers once the deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation letter/voucher/invoice is issued.
  - The terms and conditions of each supplier will apply to the booking.
8. General Information
  - The tour organizers reserve the right to change the itinerary at any point or time when it is deemed advisable for the safety of the group or to comply with government restrictions.
  - Services will be provided to the clients in accordance with the booking voucher only.
  - Clients must bring along the tour confirmation voucher, valid ID proof, passport, flight tickets, etc.
9. Law & Jurisdiction
  - These booking terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed by Indian laws and the rules of RBI/Govt. of India.
  - Any dispute, claim, or other matter arising in connection with the bookings or contract will be dealt with by the courts and tribunals in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.
10. Additional Charges
  - Any optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls) are not included in the package cost and will be charged at the time of check-out.
11. Changes and Amendments
  - The tour organizers reserve the right to alter, amend, add, or withdraw any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
