Day 01/02 (05-06/October-Sun-Mon):
Departure from your hometown/country – Arrival in Delhi. Namaste and welcome to India! We will pick you up from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to the hotel. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with traditional Indian hospitality. Relax at the hotel. Some paperwork regarding the tour. Full day at Delhi. After a leisurely breakfast, sightseeing tour of New Delhi: Qutab Minar, India Gate, President’s House, Red Fort, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. Good Night!

Day 03 (07/October-Tuesday):
Delhi-Jaipur 275 kms. 5/6 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. On arrival, check-in to your 4-star hotel. Visit Choki Dhani for Rajasthani food and culture. Drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.
MEALS: Morning Tea, Dinner (Dinner at Choki Dhani for Rajasthani traditional food)

Day 04 (08/October-Wednesday):
Free day at Jaipur. After breakfast, full day sightseeing tour to explore the Pink City. Visit Jantar Mantar, City Palace Museum, Hawa Mahal, and Carpet industries. Short walks around the colorful bazaar of Jaipur in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the same hotel.

Day 05 (09/October-Thursday):
Jaipur-Amber Fort-Ranthambhore 175 kms apx. Full day tour. After breakfast, visit Amber Fort & Palace. After lunch, drive to Ranthambhore National Park. Upon arrival, check into a good hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 06 (10/October-Friday):
Free day at Ranthambhore National Park. Full day Jeep tour to explore the Tiger Reserve. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07 (11/October-Saturday):
Ranthambhore-Agra (Taj Mahal) via Bharatpur 260 kms. 5/6 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Bharatpur. Visit Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Drive to Agra. On arrival, check into a good hotel & relax. Overnight stay in hotel at Agra.

Day 08 (12/October-Sunday):
Taj Mahal! The symbol of love and romance. Visit Taj Mahal early morning. Back to hotel for breakfast. Visit Agra Fort. Short visit to marble designing industries and shopping. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Taj Mahal is closed on Every Friday

Day 09 (13/October-Monday):
Agra – Gwalior 120 kms. 3 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Gwalior. Visit palaces and religious sites. Evening walk around Sarafa Bazaar. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gwalior.

Day 10 (14/October-Tuesday):
Gwalior – Orchha 120 kms. 2/3 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Orchha. Visit Raja Mahal, Jehangir Mahal, Chhattris, and Laxmi Narayan Temple. Evening free or enjoy Light and Sound Show at Orchha Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel in Orchha.

Day 11 (15/October-Wednesday):
Orchha – Khajuraho 175 kms. 3/4 hours apx. After breakfast, drive to Khajuraho. Visit Khajuraho Group of Monuments. Explore the temples and sculptures. Overnight stay at Khajuraho.

Day 12 (16/October-Thursday):
Khajuraho-Varanasi flight (55 min.). After breakfast, catch the flight to Varanasi. Check in to a good hotel. Attend the Ganga aarti in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 13 (17/October-Friday):
Free day at Varanasi. Morning boat ride on the Ganges. Visit silk weaving and manufacturing industries. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14 (18/October-Saturday):
Varanasi – Delhi (by flight) 1:50 min.apx. After breakfast, transfer to Varanasi airport to catch your flight to Delhi. Check in to your pre-booked hotel near the airport. Farewell dinner with the group and crew in the evening.

Day 15 (19/October-Sunday):
Fly Home. Catch the flight to your onward destination.

- Airfare for inland/domestic flights in India in Economy class (according to the program).
- All transportation costs in India including transfers, pickups, and sightseeing (according to the program).
- Boat ride in Varanasi on the Ganges.
- Jungle Jeep Safaris in Sharing Jeep at Ranthambore National Park.
- All accommodation, which consists of double rooms/camp (on twin/triple sharing basis).
- Meals Plan: Morning Bed Tea, Breakfast, and Dinner (at the hotel only buffet dinner will be served).
- All costs for inner-line permits regarding restricted areas.
- Costs for staff including Driver cum guide/professional guide, escort/group leader, helpers, etc.
- Support vehicle for staff (in case of big groups).
- State tax, toll tax, etc.
- Travel guidance.
- International Airfare.
- Cost for a Visa.
- Any medical, travel, or evacuation insurance.
- Airport tax.
- Tips to camp staff/staff/driver (entirely a personal gesture).
- Entry fee to the monuments, audio guide, photography/camera fee, etc.
- Additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, weather, political disputes, illness, or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.

- Any meals/services not mentioned above.

- All rooms are Base Category Rooms unless specified.
- All hotels given above or similar depending upon availability at the time of booking.
- Check-in Time: 1400 Hrs; Check-out Time: 1200 Hrs at all hotels (strictly).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- In case of non-availability of hotels, similar category hotels will be provided.
- Taxes as applicable.
- International, Domestic flights & Railway tickets are non-refundable.
- 25% of package cost as Deposit amount.
- Deposit amount is Non-Refundable.
- Balance to be paid 2 months prior to departure from your hometown/country.
- Delay in payment is subject to 100 USD/- Per Person/Package as penalty.
- 50% of package Non-Refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to departure.
- 75% of package Non-Refundable if cancelled up to 30 days prior to departure.
- 100% of package Non-Refundable if cancelled anytime later than 30 days prior to departure.
- In case of late booking, 50% of the entire package cost amount will be received as Deposit amount (Non-Refundable). Remaining 50% amount should be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel by cash (on the first day of your arrival). In this plan, your total package will be Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable.
- Deposit amount/Package cost can be made through WIRE TRANSFER to our bank, or by CASH that could be deposited in any of our bank accounts.
- We strongly recommend you to purchase fully comprehensive overseas travel insurance before undertaking your trip.
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking as we are not holding any reservations for you at this point of time.
- 5% surcharge on payments through Master & Visa Credit Cards.
- Debit Cards, bank Transfers & Cheque payments are without any surcharges.
- Change of schedule/cancellation of flights at the last moment will not warrant any compensation and should be claimed through your respective insurance companies.
- A place is guaranteed for you once we have received a copy of the flight booking and payment of your package cost. Afterwards, your tour confirmation voucher will be sent to you.
- Services will be provided to the clients in accordance/as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
- Kindly bring along your tour confirmation voucher, valid ID Proof, Passport, Flight Tickets, etc. (according to the tour).
- “Voice of Himalayas” reserves the right to change the itinerary at any point or time when it is deemed advisable for the safety of the group or to comply with government restrictions.
