Departure from your hometown/country and arrival in Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Namaste and welcome to India! We will pick you up from New Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted with traditional Indian hospitality. Relax at the hotel. Some paperwork regarding the tour. Full day at Delhi. After a leisurely breakfast, sightseeing tour of New Delhi where old buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the British rule. Visit the 11th century built Qutab Minar, India Gate and the President’s House, Red Fort and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. Good Night! Meals: On board (Flight)
Day 3 (29 May)
Delhi to Amritsar (by flight, 1.20 min approx.). Catch the morning flight to Amritsar from Delhi. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel at the holy city Amritsar. Visit Wagah border and Golden Temple. Overnight stay in hotel. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 4 (30 May)
Amritsar to Dharamsala (208 kms, 6/7 hours drive). After breakfast, drive to Dharamsala. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel and relax. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 5 (31 May)
Local sightseeing around Dharamsala. Visit the seat of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Forsythe Ganj, McLeod Ganj, war memorials, temples, and Buddhist monasteries. Overnight stay at hotel in McLeod Ganj or Palampur. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 6 (1 June)
Dharamsala to Manali (2050m, 240 kms, 8 hours drive). Drive towards Manali via Palampur, visiting Sardar Sobha Singh art gallery at Andretta, Baijnath, Mandi, and Kullu. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel and relax. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 7 (2 June)
Free day in Manali for local sightseeing and shopping. Visit Hadimba temple, Buddhist monastery, Naggar castle, Roerich art gallery, and Sulphur hot springs at Vashisht. Overnight stay at the same hotel. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 8 (3 June)
Manali to Gemur/Jispa (3142m, 140 kms, 6/7 hours). Drive towards the tribal areas of Lahaul valley over Rohtang pass (3978m). Visit Lahauli villages, Keylong, and reach Gemur/Jispa for overnight stay. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 9 (4 June)
Keylong to Sarchu (4255m, 117 kms, 5 hours drive). Drive through Jispa, Darcha, Patseo, Zingzing bar, Suraj tal lake, and Baralacha la pass (4950m). Overnight stay and dinner in the camp at Sarchu. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 10 (5 June)
Sarchu to Tsokar (4270m) to Tsomoriri (4510m, 210 kms). Drive through Lachulang La pass (5065m), Pang Plateau, and reach Tsokar. Continue to Tsomoriri Lake. Overnight stay in camp. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 11 (6 June)
Tsomoriri to Leh (3505m, 220 kms, 7/8 hours drive). Drive to Leh via Sumdo and Chuma-Thang. On arrival, check-in to a good hotel at Leh. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 12 (7 June)
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung-la (5600m, 125 kms). Drive to Nubra valley, reaching Khardung-la pass. Enjoy camel ride at sand dunes of Nubra. Overnight stay at hotel/camp in Hunder. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 13 (8 June)
Hunder to Pangong Lake (4400m, 170 kms). Drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok river. Visit Durbuk village and enjoy the sunset at the lake. Overnight stay in a camp/hotel at Pangong Lake. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 14 (9 June)
Pangong Lake to Leh (150 kms). Enjoy the morning sunrise at the lake. Drive to Leh via Changla pass (5425m). On arrival, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. Short walks around Leh Mall road for shopping. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 15 (10 June)
Free day in Leh city for local sightseeing and shopping. Visit ancient monasteries, Shanti Stupa, Shey Palace, Thiksey Gompa, Spituk Gompa, Phyang Gompa, Leh Palace, Magnetic Hill, and Gurudwara Pathhar Sahib. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 16 (11 June)
Leh to Delhi (by flight, 1.40 min approx.). Transfer to Leh airport for flight to Delhi. Check-in to your pre-booked hotel near the airport. Farewell dinner in the evening. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast – Dinner.
Day 17 (12 June)
Fly home. Catch the flight to your onward destination. Meals: Morning Tea – Breakfast only. Note: Our responsibility finishes here. Should you want to stay longer in Delhi for local sightseeing around? An additional charge of 200 USD would be required per day per person, which includes accommodation in hotel (double rooms on twin sharing basis), food, local sightseeing, and taxi to the airport.

- Transportation: All transportation costs in India including transfers, pickups, and sightseeing (according to the program).
- Accommodation: Double rooms/camp/houseboat on twin/triple sharing basis.
- Meals: Morning Bed Tea, Breakfast, and Dinner (buffet dinner at the hotel).
- Permits: All costs for inner-line permits regarding restricted areas.
- Staff: Costs for staff including Driver cum guide/professional guide, escort/group leader, helpers, etc.
- Support Vehicle: Support vehicle for staff (in case of big groups).
- Taxes: State tax, toll tax, etc.
- Travel Guidance: Travel guidance throughout the tour.
- International Airfare: Cost for international flights to and from India.
- Visa: Cost for a visa.
- Insurance: Any medical, travel, or evacuation insurance.
- Airport Tax: Airport tax.
- Tips: Tips to camp staff/staff/driver (entirely a personal gesture).
- Entry Fees: Entry fee to the monuments, audio guide, photography/camera fee, etc.
- Additional Expenses: Additional expenses arising from the delay or extension of a trip due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, weather, political disputes, illness, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
- Beverages: Alcohol, soft drinks, bottled water, beverages, etc.
- Meals/Services Not Mentioned: Any meals/services not mentioned above.
- Lunches: Lunches are not included.
- Optional Services: Charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls) will be charged at the time of check-out.
- Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package cost is required.
- The balance payment is due 2 months prior to departure.
- Delay in payment is subject to a penalty of 100 USD per person/package.
- Cancellation Policy
- 50% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to departure.
- 75% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled up to 30 days prior to departure.
- 100% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancelled anytime later than 30 days prior to departure.
- In case of late booking, 50% of the entire package cost amount will be received as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% amount should be paid at the time of check-in at the hotel by cash on the first day of arrival. In this plan, the total package will be non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Payment Methods
- Payments can be made through wire transfer to the bank, by cash deposited in any of the bank accounts, or by credit/debit card through the website.
- A 5% surcharge applies to payments made through Master & Visa credit cards. Debit cards, bank transfers, and cheque payments are without any surcharges.
- Travel Insurance
- It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before undertaking the trip. The policy should cover loss of deposit, cancellation, additional expenses, accidents, sickness, baggage loss, and evacuation.
- Accommodation
- All rooms are base category rooms unless specified.
- Check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200 Hrs at all hotels.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- In case of non-availability of hotels, similar category hotels will be provided.
- Accommodation supplements are determined by the date the accommodation is occupied and not the departure date.
- Liability
- The tour organizers are not responsible for the supply or services or mishappenings regarding the booking, including any liability for mechanical faults, illness, personal injury, death, loss or damage of any kind, delay, and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service providers, travel services, or products or by other third parties unless caused by negligence.
- Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss, or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products and should be claimed through respective insurance companies.
- Contract
- A contract will exist between the client and each of the suppliers once the deposit or full payment is received and a confirmation letter/voucher/invoice is issued.
- The terms and conditions of each supplier will apply to the booking.
- General Information
- The tour organizers reserve the right to change the itinerary at any point or time when it is deemed advisable for the safety of the group or to comply with government restrictions.
- Services will be provided to the clients in accordance with the booking voucher only.
- Clients must bring along the tour confirmation voucher, valid ID proof, passport, flight tickets, etc.
- Law & Jurisdiction
- These booking terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed by Indian laws and the rules of RBI/Govt. of India.
- Any dispute, claim, or other matter arising in connection with the bookings or contract will be dealt with by the courts and tribunals in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, India.
- Additional Charges
- Any optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls) are not included in the package cost and will be charged at the time of check-out.
- Changes and Amendments
- The tour organizers reserve the right to alter, amend, add, or withdraw any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
